My group did a benchmark analysis for an environmental cultural indigenous center to be built in the city of Fresno, California. The professor that reviewed our paper did not like and we got a bad grade. Attached you will find his feedback which we need to prove that he is wrong. We need to prove that a cultural center can be trendy as well like the Norton Museum of Art in West Palm Beach. We need to add graphs, stats, and credible sources where we can prove that Cultural centers HAVE TO BECOME TRENDY in order to survive. We need to show him that many indigenous cultural centers have to have a gift shop, a coffee shop, and a restaurant, and have a lot of traffic as a way to bring revenue and keep the doors open.
