Your Case History analysis should include the following:
1) An overview of the company. This should include its origin, its mission statement and the size & reach of the company. If this information is not provided in the case text, consider searching external sources.
2) Perform a SWOT analysis for the company. Use the information provided in the case as well as any external information you feel is appropriate.
3)Answer the questions at the end of the case.
4) What would you recommend the company do?
Note: for Case 2 (the JC Penney case), this overlaps the final question of the case. Feel free to elaborate.
The Format
All Case papers must be typewritten, double spaced in 12-point font. Each secticixon should be clearly labeled.
