You will answer the questions:
Can we separate the artist from the art? Should we? Why or why not?
Remember: your thesis will be the answer to this question.
For this essay you will write 7-8 pages, fully exploring your answer.
You may use one of the examples, we used in class or an artist of your choice. Tell of the unsavory act/acts the artist is allegedly (or fully convicted) being charged with and how his/her actions affect the way one views the art.
