Types of Information Systems
Organizations today use information systems for several purposes. How will you use the internet and specific resources like SBA.GOV & SCORE.ORG as well as websites devoted to your type of business?
Think about your business and the types of information systems that you have decided to use in your business. How will you do accounting and handle any government requirements like licenses and taxes?

Briefly describe the functions of your information systems and how they might provide a competitive advantage. Specifically describe the systems that you will use, do not use general terms like a management information system, instead list systems like a human resource management system. Consider the roles of a transactional processing system, functional area systems, and ways to integrate the data. How will they help you with your day-to-day operations and assist you in identifying and solving problems?
