1. Identify gaps in their practice and conducting a need assessment through meetings with the staff in their departments and observing the clinical setting
2. Review the literature for a standard intervention/solution.
3. Determine measurable outcomes to be used an evaluation criteria for the successful implementation of the project.
4. Submit a literature review about the problem and the desired solution. Students will also need to justify their choice of intervention or solution among other choices.
