This assignment is designed to promote discussion on the role of the hospital and clinicians in providing patient-centered care.
Please include the following information in your reflection for a total of 50 points (40 points for the paper/10 points for class discussion):
Bibliographic information (author, title, date of publication, publisher, number of pages, type of book). (5 points)
Introduction: a brief overview of the theme or purpose of the book (one or two paragraphs). (10 points)
Summary of the content including a summary of the key points of each chapter or group of chapters (one or two paragraphs) (10 points)
Evaluation and conclusion: give your opinion about the book and how it pertained to the topic of leadership. What did you learn from reading the assigned book? How will this assignment affect the way you practice? (About two or three paragraphs) (15 points)
