Benchmark study for countries globally with regards to cloud computing attractiveness and success. Why country x should be looked at for benchmarking. Please list down the attributes of the countries that are fit to be benchmarked in a bullet point manner.
In other words, I am making a study for cloud computing in Special Economic Zones and I need successful countries in that area. I believe Ireland and Bahrain are a starting point. Australia, US, UK, Singapore, China, UAE and India are more countries to look at. If you get these countries, (preferably 5-10), write why these countries are successful and why are hyperscalers such as (Google cloud, AWS, Oracle Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Microsoft Azure) are interested to enter that market.
How are they attracting FDIs, how are they creating jobs, how is their GDP growing
