This is not a FORMAL paper. I just need the following 4 points addressed. I have to lead a discussion with the attached article. It has to be 45 minutes worth of discussion. The points I need answers for are this:

1. Begin by providing a brief overview of the article (main research questions, methods, results)
2. Describe the methodological strengths of the study as well as the methodological weaknesses of the study. Appraisal should be the focus.
3. Consider the broader ramifications (if any) of the article for policy.
4. Prepare 2-3 discussion questions to pose to the group on the article. (Please provide me with the answers to your discussion questions also).
