It is the referencing that is letting me down on every essay. Please could you see my tutor feedback
4.1 – 4.4 This is a good start to this piece of work. Please amend your work for 4.4 to evaluate how your own practice has been improved through reflection on best practice and reflection on failures and mistakes. Think about past experiences that you have had to deal with. How did you utilise best practice? Were there any areas where you feel that you made a mistake in dealing with this? Please include a reference list at the end of your essay. The reference list must only include those sources which you have directly cited in your essay that is, the sources in the reference list should link directly to the citations in your work. The bibliography should come after the reference list and contain the resources you have used to research your work that is, everything from your reference list PLUS any further sources used in research but not cited.
