Autobiography part four

*Essay based on ages 19-30. A sort of autobiography.

* Essentially, you are going to focus on the main roles of adulthood and how you are preparing for them. The main roles of adulthood include career, long-term relationships (romantic and friendships), and parenthood. This is also a place for you to state some of your goals- past goals if you have lived through the stage, current goals, and future goals. The discussion of your future can go past emerging adulthood and draw from early and middle adulthood as well.

*Please be creative in answering the following: Career- preparation, required education, first job vs. current job, important characteristics of your career, explanation as to how you plan to get there/how you came to your career decision
Identity Statuses for different components of your life
Social clock issues- how do your experiences, feelings, goals align with those of your peers and how does the timing aspect affect you?
Relationships with parents, friends, romantic partners
Thoughts on marriage, cohabitation, as they apply to your current or future situation.

Other life goals

*This is an integrative paper. Information should be presented in an essay format with an introduction and conclusion and several detailed paragraphs describing the bulleted subjects above. Do not simply answer the questions in order. Instead tell your own story while weaving in important information.

*Connection Points
For each part of the paper you will need to make at least 5 connection points to classroom and textbook learning. Each connection point should be highlighted in your paper. Connection points could be a paraphrasing of lecture or textbook material, a direct quote from your textbook or another resource that aligns with your story.

*Paper Parameters
Times New Roman, 12 font, 1.5 spacing, normal margins

Each part of the project must include at least three quotes or paraphrased information from at least one outside source
Papers should be written in paragraph format
Citations should be written in APA format

* Minimum of three sources not including textbook. You can use more than three sources.
