As a student, you are required to write many reports. In the world of work, we do write reports, but most information is communicated by means of oral briefings. These are also known as talks, pitches, or presentations. Briefings force the presenter to boil the situation down to its essentials and to answer questions in real-time. To hone your skills, you will now be asked to do a short briefing as part of your Research Mission Project. Your presentation should cover the mission scenario, technologies needed to complete the mission, lessons learned, findings, recommendations, and so forth. Essentially, follow the organization of your paper and imagine you are presenting to an audience of your peers and professors. Your narrated presentation should be 5-10 minutes long.
