OVERVIEW
Topic: Use of data by large companies: Looking at the negative side that may affect organizational structure because of lack of privacy, mistrust, etc. and the positive side that can clarify information and provide feedback to the company. I am focused on the negative impact of management of data by large companies, but the paper must include both.

It must contain multiple stakeholders who have different perspectives toward the issue.

Must apply course concepts and theories One of the primary part of the project will be applying concepts and/or theories from MGT 345 to the issue of the topic.

*attached as powerpoints some of the concepts discussed

Using a minimum of five (5) scholarly sources for each side of the issue

Also at the end can you give me three open ended questions supporting the positive side and three question supporting the negative side
APPLIED PROJECT PAPER 125 POINTS
Issue & Stakeholder Identification (15 points): Explain the issue and identify the main stakeholders. Note that the issue you selected will involve many stakeholders. For this paper, identify the stakeholders that are most closely involved in the issue.
Background & Research on the Issue (40 points): Each team member must select a divergent viewpoint associated with a specific stakeholder on the issue. Using a minimum of five (5) scholarly sources for each side of the issue, each team member will compose a segment of the paper that delves into their particular viewpoint. The sources may be used by all team members. Each team member should contribute an equal amount to this section, reflecting a balanced discussion of divergent viewpoints.
Course Material (40 points): Now that you have presented an overview of the topic, and both team members have provided and supported their viewpoints, discuss the topic from the perspective of relevant Organizational Behavior theories and Human Resource Management applications that were part of the curriculum for MGT 345.
Preparation for Discussion (10 points): Before the concluding paragraph of your paper, present 3- 5 open-ended questions that will serve to promote a lively discussion with the class after you have presented your topic. Open-ended questions are those that are not able to be answered yes/no, with a short answer, or with a numerical answer. In other words, a thoughtful discussion amongst colleagues should ensue as a result of your question(s).
Writing (20 points): Use the following questions to review your paper before submitting. o Does your paper include an introductory paragraph?
o Does your paper include a summary / concluding paragraph?
o Is your paper organized according to the instructions above?
o Do the transitions between sections / paragraphs make sense?
o Is your writing clear, lucid, and effective?
o Do you use correct grammar and punctuation?
o Are all words spelled correctly? Did you check for typos and auto-correct mistakes? o Is everything you state as a fact supported by an MLA style citation?
o Do you have an MLA formatted reference list on a separate page?
o Have you followed the formatting specifications? Specifically, the paper should be double spaced, using 12-point font, have 1 inch margins, and be no longer than 7 – 9 pages (not counting the reference page.)
o Is a documentation statement included?
Papers without a documentation statement will LOSE 10 points.
