Describe how you, as an educational leader, would plan, assess, prepare, implement, and evaluate a professional learning and growth initiative within your school or school district. Then develop an action plan in which you clearly describe who would be involved with the development and implementation of your professional learning and growth plan for your school or school district, why they would be involved, and what they would be assigned to do.
