ADP ribosyl cyclase and Mg2+-dependent ecto-ATP diphosphohydrolase in the Patiria miniata

it is about the star fish
1. Intellectual Merit: The proposed research demonstrates that cell signaling which are ADP ribosyl cyclase and Mg2+-dependent ecto-ATP diphosphohydrolase, play a significant role in Patiria miniata ovary embryo. The advance of single cell RNA sequence technique is applied to this experiment in order to detect the presence of interested cell signaling. In addition, the cyclase dimer is a model for surface antigen CD38, which may play a role in various immune system functions.
