Hi, I’m in urgent need of some help in writing my master’s thesis, and I was wondering you could possibly help me out. The subject of my thesis is ‘a simulation study of the implementation of Income contingent loans and graduate taxes in the financing of higher education in the Flemish community’. It needs to be between 10000 and 15000 words, and I already have around 2000 I think. I also already have a extended list of sources that can be used, and have the necessary data to built the models.
The paper of Jacobs(2002) is a good starting point because he did similar research as the paper i want to submit. also the Ooghe paper is important. I have a lot more sources but i could only upload 10. I also uploaded the cleaned datasets that could be used to create earning profiles for graduates, and i already did some of this in R, so i can send you the code i used as well.
