After completing the questionnaire, post a response that contains the details of your results (including a description of the areas (quadrants) you fall within), your reactions to them and whether or not you agree with them (are they accurate). Discussion should include an analysis of your own management style and reflection on your own leadership strategies.

Remember to post your initial response and substantively respond to at least two of your fellow student’s posts (at least one student who matches your quadrants and one student who doesn’t).
