Self-Efficacy, Leadership, and Cultural Intelligence (GA)

You and your team have been charged, by Senior Management, with designing a training targeted at improving the overall Cultural Intelligence within your organization.
The training module should contain a set of clearly articulated Learning Objectives that guide the training topic and methods chosen.
• The Training topic should cover the following topic “the Metacognitive Strategies”.
• Create at least two learning objective and the content that will be covered related to the objective.
• Suggested activities to help training participants achieve the learning objectives should also be included.
• Learning objectives should be ‘SMART’ (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-Bound).

Note: The paper will be assessed on the following:

• Training Content — depth, breadth and overall effectiveness in improving cultural intelligence in the organization
• Learning Objectives — written in SMART, how well the training relates back to the objectives and the ability for the objectivcixes to be met from the training content provided.
