Prepare a PowerPoint (or Prezi or SlideShare) of your paperdue at the beginning of Week 7. The content of your presentation should summarize your final paper as follows. This research/learning effort will explore a business law issue, question, or problem; examine its effects on organizational management, and, where appropriate, propose practical resolutions/answers/solutions. The PowerPoint presentation must:
1) clearly identify (label) the business law issue/question/problem;
2) provide a brief background of the industry, profession, or organization in question;
3) identify the primary legislation or major court decision(s) regulating the issue;
4) identify any regulatory agency(ies) involved in regulating the business operation in question; and
5) explain the impact of the legislation/court decision on business operations.
The learner must integrate – to the extent possible – readings, classroom discussions, research, and personal experience(s) and clearly identify and support the learners conclusion(s).
