Describe and support your recommendations relative to the various strategic approaches related to your analysis and opinion.

Executive Summary
o A brief summary of your project. Think of this as a letter to the reviewer that briefly describes the work that you have done within (should be 1 page-ish).
Recommendations
o Include a set of strategic recommendations based on the research that you have done.
o Your recommendations should be supported by your research, meaning there should be a clear connection between the analyses you have done and the recommendations that you are making. I like to say that your recommendations should “fall out” of your analysis.
o Thoroughly describe and support your recommendations relative to the various strategic approaches related to your analysis and opinion. Clearly support and indicate the strategic actions you think they should take AND why you think they should take them.

This will be based on the attached current strategy analysis attached to this order. I will then combine all past papers into one large document. Unless, of course, you want to, but for this order, I’ll only need the executive summary and the strategic recommendations (hence 4 pages). the full paper will include company summary, internal and external analyses, and finally SWOT and current strategy analysis. I attached them as one file as well.
