In your own words, briefly define S.M.A.R.T goals. Define Each component as well.

Identify at least two goals you need to achieve in the next year. How will you achieve them? This could be personal or professional or both. For example, you may need to learn more advanced Excel skills for a future job or you may want to learn how to grow a mini garden on your apartment’s small porch area.

Identify obstacles that keep you from achieving your chosen two goals. How will you remove those obstacles or overcome them to achieve the goal? Never give up.

Two goals- Get promoted at work to next level of management, finish college by the end of 2023

two things that could stand in my way is health (had neck surgery and having back surgery in the next week) and also financial issues since I am on medical leave for work
