What is one main difference between their policy positions? Are there any similarities between the two candidates? If so, what are they? You must think broadly and critically, along with demonstrate how personal responsibility comes into play. (Be sure to think through the prompt and answer any question thoroughly.) Is there a political/governmental impact? Is there a history of this issue?
If the prompt asks for potential solutions, you must give at least one. (It is your opinion of a solution, so it does not require any proof of effectiveness.)
At least one source must be used. You may pick your form of citation (MLA, Chicago, etc). Do not use crap websites, such as Wikipedia.
