state Neuroticism is a positive predictor of stressful day-to-day situations at work (within person)

Dear,

Im currently working on my thesis in work and organisational psychology.
Im doing a daily diary study of which i already gathered the data. Id like to have my data analysis (probably multilevel regression with 3 levels, but I’m not so sure) and results section done by a professional as im running out of time.

Hypotheses:
H1: state Neuroticism is a positive predictor of stressful day-to-day situations at work (within person)
H2: when in a stressful day-to-day situation at work, it is more likely that individuals high in state Neuroticism choose to be in those than individuals low in state Neuroticism (within person)
H3: trait Neuroticism moderates the state-situation relationship such that the relationship is stronger in individuals high in trait Neuroticism. (between person)
Procedure:
Daily diary for 10 workdays. Trait neuroticism was measured before the start of the daily diary (part 1). Two weeks later the daily diary started in which participants filled out 2 seperate questionnaires for 10 workdays (part 2):
Dependent variables:
– the situation characteristics (measured in the afternoon)
– situation selection (measured in the afternoon)
Independent variable:
– state neuroticism (measured in the morning)

Please find the data attached. Note that some situation characteristic items need to be Reverse scored in order to be congruent with neuroticism;
