You are invited to lead your organization into the next frontier of increasing diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility in their learning and teaching practices. For this assignment, we would like you first to select important learning or teaching practice to which you are closely connected.

* Identify and describe the four key competencies that the new learning/teaching practice will enable for the various stakeholders in your organization (i.e., frontline workers, managers, directors, c-suite).
