Description of learning/teaching practice in a chief learning officer setting
The world is becoming more inclusive. You are invited to lead your organization into the next frontier of increasing diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility in their learning and teaching practices. For this assignment, we would like you first to select important learning or teaching practice to which you are closely connected.
* Describe a skills development initiative for your staff. Include the rationale, learning modes, and logic for choosing them and assessment processes and criteria.
* Identify and describe the four key competencies that the new learning/teaching practice will enable for the various stakeholders in your organization (i.e., frontline workers, managers, directors, c-suite).
