Deliverables

Each student must take the fact patterns given to them — each student will receive an email from the instructor outlining the facts to be utilized for this exam.

From the facts given as well as the materials described above, each student should submit an analysis of the type of entity or entities that should strategically be formed and the location of that/those organization(s). At a minimum each student should fully analyze issues related to the following in their submission:

(1) Formation; (2) Liability; (3) Capitalization; (4) Taxation; (5) Management/operation.

As we have discussed, a conclusion is required, but the analysis is where I will be giving points towards your grade. There is not a single correct answer. If your analysis is sound and complete, you will receive the full 100 points.
