Throughout the course of the semester I have encouraged you, through the journals, to think about the course concepts in terms of your own personal experiences.
Please choose one topic/concept listed below and describe a situation from your own work experience where this concept has come to life. Describe the situation and resolution all the while matching it with the theory we learned in class. Make recommendations as to how you may have resolved this issue differently and/or how it could have been avoided. You may find that one concept influences another. For example, ethics in decision making or perception influencing performance appraisal.

Use a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 5, double-spaced. Font size should be no smaller than 10 and no larger than 12 with 1 margins. Watch your grammar and be specific. All information shared will be confidential.
Grading will be based not only on grammar and writing style (40 percent), but also on your effective and accurate use of course terminology and concepts (60 percent).
Include your chosen topic(s) on the first page of your case study.
