1.Begin researching that theory in the news (it is Ok to use news information because this is all so new but make sure you use respectable sources, so check the attached media bias chart), blogs from scientists / policy / government people, non-governmental organizations, political / economic analysts, government reports, science articles / reports / publications, etc.
2. Start pulling together what you find and make sense of it all. Examine no less than 5-7 sources (some may have some overlapping info but don’t use ones that are the same article reprinted among several media because they will only count for one).
