Write your understanding of their answers in your own words, or include direct quotes using quotation marks and an in-text citation. Remember: If you conducted an email interview, in your summary do not just copy your interviewees answers. Instead, rephrase their answers in your own words.

4. REAL-LIFE JOB POSTING
Using WorkSource WA, search for job postings in the same field as the person you interviewed. Choose one job posting to skim through and answer the following questions. Make sure to write a citation for the job posting to include on your Works Cited or References page.

What are your reactions to the education or training requirements? Did you find anything in the posting that surprised you?
