Formative Assessment Task:
Propose a title and outline for your essay. You must submit your title and brief outline showing how you plan to address your topic using academic literature. Maximum 1000 words including indicative references ready to discuss in a one-to-one feedback session.
Choose a topic of your interest that is aligned with a specific domain of happiness covered in the module. The focal areas of specialism are individual, spiritual, organisational, and work, societal/economic, sustainable, and ethical approaches to happiness studies. With the help of scholarly literature and class discussions, write and demonstrate your critical engagement with the topic. The treatment of the topic must give you an opportunity to show you have developed a critical understanding of issues specific to the happiness literature and demonstrate your ability to create links with any one or more areas of specialism.

LO2 – Discuss and demonstrate a critical synthesis of positive psychology and happiness.

I chose the topic of happiness at work or happiness motivators (If you can choose one topic, the entire topic is included in the attachment.

The first task is a plan to make the entire article to discussed with the supervisor, about 1000 words (this now)
After approving the plan, we will add it to 2000 words on the same topic but in detailed. (This after adopting the plan)
The references are Harvard and linked to all ideas and opinions from introduction to the end.
