Assessmentwhen and how will the success of the organization be evaluated? How will necessary adjustments be performed in the organization?

Brief overview of findings and recommendations
Your paper must be:
10-12 pages in length (not including the cover page and reference page)
Written in Word using APA format. It should include the following:
o A cover page
o An APA approved font and size, double-spaced
o 5-8 in-text citations to support main points
o A reference page with full APA references for each in-text citation used for support.
