This is your solo flight in a Journal Club written summary. This time, you choose the article – a piece of good quality academic published research on a topic relating to women’s reproductive health – and provide a summary of it in your own words. We’d also like you to evaluate the performance of the article and its first author using different metrics.

A. A summary in your own words of the paper you have chosen for your DIY journal club, including (approx. 550 words): (1) the research question(s) and/or hypothesis; (2) methods (in brief) being employed to answer the research question(s); (3) results; and (4) significance and future focus for the researchers and the field. DO NOT plagiarise the abstract. We will check!

B. Research both the article and the first author using the UWA Research Repository (if applicable) and Scopus. Present these metrics as graphics (including PlumX and Altmetric if available) and provide some brief commentary on them to show that you understand the meaning of each of the metrics (around 250 words).
