Something along the lines of “Increased risk of Covid-19 among young adults under 30 in Saginaw, MI related to lack of knowledge of preventative measures such as masking, social distancing, and hand washing as evidenced by (a certain percentage) increase in one week.
~~~The primary prevention topic I’m using is Prevention of COVID 19 (please use COVID data from Saginaw, MI)
