Write a research paper on a topic related to behavior modification. Your paper must be a critical analysis of your chosen topic and utilizing a peer-review article. Start with something you are interested in. Ideally you will choose a behavior or a technique to change behaviors. Or you could put a new twist on something we all think we know enough about but are missing something critical. The topic is open. Your job is to help create a deeper understanding about human behavior and change. Your research should be supported with a minimum of 2 scholarly sources (only one of which can be an assigned course reading). Chose a topic that you will be excited about, maybe something that you are fairly familiar with yet would like to know more about.
Outline of what should be included and answered in this research paper:
1) Introduction to topic your hypothesis or thesis statement and points that you would like to raise in this paper. (ie. The importance of creating healthy eating habits and how that impacts your mood)
2) For each point that you raise you should: explain the significance or importance of it, examples of what the reading material states, and why this point is necessary to mention.
3) Conclude with overall summary restating thesis or hypothesis, recap of major points, and final thoughts.
Please utilize APA style format and ask questions as needed.
