Identify what you believe is the main thesis of the text and then explore how this is shown by using evidence from the text to support and explain your assertions.

The chosen text is the First episode of Breaking Bad.
I have uploaded some readings on Borders and excerpts from other theoretical texts.

Using the theory and methodologies we have
practiced in our class, examine the ways in which your text explores or comments on border issues. You should
identify what you believe is the main thesis of the text and then explore how this is shown by using evidence from
the text to support and explain your assertions.
If the main thesis is not related to borders, but you believe an aspect of the text does intersect with
borders/boundaries, state that in your thesis. Your essay should explain and analyze how the text engages
concepts of borders, what the text is trying to convey to its audience, along with what you assert it conveys.
Make sure you include the following as it relates to borders/boundaries:
Specific evidence and support from the primary text
The overall impact of the text (this is your well-considered and informed opinion)
At least two secondary sources (you may use theoretical source from our class readings)
