Paper assignment (4-6 written pages, Times New Roman 12pt Font, 1″ Margins) should address programing, design, construction and occupancy. Must be in paragraph format, not bulletpoints. Supplemental documents including cost analysis, drawings, etc. do not count towards page count but are recommended. Must be in Microsoft Word file type.
Proposal and presentation will minimally include:
The need for the facility/renovation, proposal for project
Project scope and programming, internal/external constituents
Design elements, architectural approach, bidding strategy
Construction process, proposed schedule
Occupancy and project close-out, summary of total project
Inclusion of lessons learned from coursework
Scoring:
Facility Project Proposal Paper (150 points) Maximum points scored for thorough overview and exceeding minimum number of pages. Addresses proposed project and specific areas listed above and additional information or supplemental documents relevant to coursework. Proper grammar, APA formatting and citations required.
