life stressors. Now, list when this stress affects. Please express how and why

What are some proactive steps to alleviate this stress?
My response in short: I would like to focus on stress in the workplace. My stressors when there are multiple projects assigned to me with deadlines. Sometimes I experience panic attacks, and anxiety. The techniques I use are meditating/praying which relaxes my mind. Please elaborate in first person.
