The assignment has 4 criteria:
1) Issues: Identify and explain the main theoretical issues about government intervention.
2) Analysis: Analyse the issues identified above in the case of SSB tax. You must use ethical/critical thinking by substantiating your argument with relevant data from Australia and other countries that already experienced SSB tax (Hint: Chapters 2 and 3 of your textbook will be helpful).
3) Position: Derive your position on the issues identified above. You must provide evidence by interpreting, evaluating, integrating, and synthesising your analyses.
4) Critique: Defend your position against the best possible argument that may be raised in opposition to yours. You must consider the assumptions and implications of your position.
