End-User Needs Assessment Projects
Your memo should address the following topics:
User needs analysis steps and tasks
Needs analysis and assessment tools
Steps to managing a user support project
Project management tools
Remember that these are memos. You must include a memo format, including proper addressing to boss and company. You may use your own name in the “from” fields. You make fabricate dates, email addresses, and other information required on a memo template. You must edit and polish the text of the memo.
You must use your own words, thoughts, and ideas in creating the memos for this project. Plagiarism of any sort–whether copying sentences from the textbook and websites or submitting work given to you by other students–will be grounds for immediate failure for the project, failure in the class, and administrative escalation as an academic integrity violation.
When you are finished, put all three memos into a single Microsoft Word file and upload it to the link below for grading.
