Take a look at the organization mission and vision statements of

Conduct a SWOT analysis for the Miami seaport, explain this analysis, and create a figure which portrays the SWOT results. Explain how you derived the main strategic issues from this analysis.
Develop a strategy map (create a figure), which defines strategic objectives for all four BSC perspectives (altogether no more than 10 objectives). Explain why you selected these objectives and how they address the strategic issues you identified in step one.
Note: Make sure you do not confuse objectives with initiatives (see the attached documents for help).
