This is a case study of a 8 yo african american patient diagnosed with depression. The purpose of this case study is to make a clinical decision on which med to start him on. The case study on my portal shows the 3 med choices given with their outcome for this client. It is better understood when u see it.when it asks click phone option I will receive it and verify log in. I was able to attach the rubric on here. My clinical decision out of the choices were zoloft 25mg initially and if tolerated well by the patient gradually increase to 37.5mg since this is a child I was not comfortable going any higher than zoloft 50. when u choose these options it will show their outcomes.
