This group will cover the relationship between the environment and our health. Some sub-topics may include: Water pollution (causes, effects), Air pollution (causes, effects), 3 R’s Recycle, reuse, reduce, Solid waste pollution (landfills, ozone, e-Waste)
The Problems & Issues Project allows students an opportunity to explore one specific area of wellness. You will investigate an area of concern and its effects on wellness. Researching this factor will allow you to decipher between scientific-based findings and popular science claims. Becoming a well-informed consumer of information will allow you to make decisions that will affect your health, and become an advocate educating others.
