all i have is what is below
2. Although you get a lot of food for a small amount of money the services and quality of the food is unpredictable and the servers seemed uninterested in serving us our food in a timely manner.
3. Brief Outline
Topic: El Rancho
Paragraph 1: Prices
-amount of money paid
-Quality of food for dish price
-price compared to overall dining experience
Paragraph 2: Food
-amount of food
-Quality of food
-Taste of food
Paragraph 3: Service
-Quality of service
-attitude of server and cashier
-bilingual servers who understood english
-amount of time it took to receive our food
Conclusion: Although on our first visit the price seemed cheap compared to the exceptional prices and quality of the food and service, once we revisited the resturant a 2nd and a 3rd time we realized that the quality of the food and service was hit and miss. The server and the cashier were both agressive and seemed frustrated that we did not speak spanish. It seemed our food looked like the scraps compared to the other customers who were visiting and when we politely asked that we get served some fresh food that was hot and more presentable we were greeted by a manager who spoke to the server in spanish, laughed and pretended not to understand what we wanted as she returned the food that we were unsatisfied with. Overall the food was cheap but we decided that we would not return to El Rancho any more in the future.
