I need to change the structure of the paragraph( rewrite it in a scientific way but clearly understandable)

6 sentences:

So my dissertation is about how different countries( specifically Japan and the UK responded to the COVID-19 outbreak and what impact it had) The viewpoint of evaluation is social and economic. I also provided some questions o help you to structure the paragraph, so you have to answer them for yourself while writing.
