That is the assignment given to me from my professor. I am going to school to for Golf Turf Management. Virtually to be a superintendent of a golf course. I currently am an assistant superintendent at a golf course and have been in the golf industry for 10 years. To be honest i dont know what my supervisory style would be as a whole but the 5 strengths that I have, given to me by “Gallups CliftonStrengths Assessment” that i took prior to class are Self assurance, Connectedness, Analytical, Context and Relator. 3 areas to improve are Maximizing(sometimes i get narrow minded and stuck on specific tasks instead off all tasks needed to be finished, Futuristic( i tend to live in the moment) and Arranger (delegation and priority are very important but i could use more with them. I will also provide the class lectures and my resume to help with the writing since this is a paper about me.
