We discussed creating value in the eyes of your project sponsor in the executive communications lesson. Active CoP involvement provides you the resources to create value through things like benchmarking. You have looked at CoP in both traditional and waterfall environments. The discussion this week will focus on how such communities can assist in this course and beyond. In your first video post discuss a CoP benefit like benchmarking, or certification, or problem solving, research, tools and job aids or some other benefit you discovered when examining a CoP.
