We better understand historic perspectives and motivations from primary sources. Your task today is to review a (brief) digital archival exhibit and then argue for the inclusion of an American Yawp Primary Reader Document in this database.

Review your selected Records of Rights subsection from the year 1865 to today.
Review American YAWP Primary Reader documents and consider which document should be included in this online exhibit sub-category.
Write a 600-word essay (minimum) that succinctly places your chosen American YAWP Primary Reader document in conversation with the other Records of Rights documents. Argue why YOUR document should be included and how its inclusion would greatly benefit the online collection.
Essay responses MUST be double spaced, 12 pt font with 1-inch margins. Students MUST provide in-text MLA citations and a Works Cited Page. Students are required to cite the Records of Rights exhibit, as well as the American YAWP Primary Reader and the American Yawp Textbook. Outside sources are not necessary for this assignment. Students must have AT LEAST three (different) in-text citations in their response.
