Bachelor Students are to write an individual essay of a minimum of 2200 words and a maximum of 3000 words (excluding title page, table of contents, and reference list).
Assignment:
Write a report describing the strategic development of one innovative idea you select (either commercial or social). This idea must be developed following the innovation process framework from an entrepreneurial approach. Hence, as a competent and experienced entrepreneur you are required to fully explain each step of your creative process and provide the strategy, from birth, nourishment and sustainability in the long run. In each step, explain the most important challenges you may face and the what if scenarios you may also encounter per step. Be descriptive and thorough when identifying who will be affected by the change you create, whose knowledge and resources you might need, who might block or minimize the purpose of your initiative, etc.
Your paper must show a clear explanation of your analysis process from conception/selection to viability and the strategic implementation of your venture plan.
Further specific requirements:
1. Use the Innovation process to fully describe how your will develop each phase of the process.
2. What problem has been solved or what challenges have they overcome? What were the drivers behind it?
3. Can the innovation be scaled out globally? Why/Why not?
4. What else could be implemented to foster further innovation?
5. Envision your idea after 5 years of implementation and describe 2 potential scenarios confronting it.
