Question 6 :Describe and explain the competitive advantage of the MNE you chose. Use the competitive advantage from the MNE’s headquarter perspective.

Question 7 :Describe the MNE’s value chain and clearly identify where and how, within the MNE’svalue chain, is/are the MNE’s competitive advantage/s created, energized, and sustained.

Question 8 :Explain how the above competitive advantages of the MNE you chose in question 1 are maintained in each of the two countries you used for question 3

Question 9 : Analyze all the competitive forces affecting the company using a fundamental framework for a new country you select for this company to start operations in.

Question 10 : Use a key tool used in this module to predict how viable the currency exchange rate is in a country is that uses a currencyother than the Euro and the dollar. Explain how efficient and viable it would be for your company to start operations in this country based on your currency analysis (show your numerical calculations/work).

Question 11 : Explain and describe each of the trade barriers you find in the country you selected on question 10 for your company.

Question 12 : Identify all the external variables that define the environment your company will be affronted with. Explain why each variable provides and advantage or a disadvantage for your company’s competitive advantage/s.

Question 13 : What cultural elements/characteristics of this new country are relevant to how your company does business in its headquarters. How do you recommend your company adapts locally to this new country? What parts of the marketing mix would you adapt and how?

Question 14 :Discuss how your company could potentially reach absolute comparative advantages and select a country where it can be reachcixed and why in this country.
