Students will plan a career intervention utilizing a career theory Bandura’s Social Cognitive Learning Theory as it applies to career development utilizing the specific population of elementary school students or Holland’s Interest Inventory (RIASEC) as it applies to career development and that utilizes the specific population of adolescent teen students. Students will incorporate a minimum of 6 peer reviewed Journal articles into their presentation to support their plan. Students will write a 6 page (not including title and reference page) proposal. 6 peer reviewed scholarly journal articles need support intervention plan and career theory. Must provide a copy of each of the references. Must be written in APA 7th edition with in text citations, 1inch margins and be of master level comprehensive writing.
Proposal will include these headings:
i. Short description of client population
ii. Developmental needs of client population
iii. Brief description of chosen Career theory
iv. Lesson Plan/ Intervention Plan
v. Research supporting intervention plan
vi. Materials/ space needed for intervention
vii. Descripticixon of how they plan to evaluate intervention effectiveness
