Write a paper about any theme discussed in class about morality, specifically focusing around the books Middlemarch by George Eliot, Remains of the Day by Kazuo Ishiguro, The Bluest Eye by Toni Morrison, Nicomachean Ethics by Aristotle, What is Enlightenment? by Immanuel Kant and movies like 12 Angry Men (1997 version), Spotlight, Hannah Arendt. You should definitely include Middlemarch in the paper, but everything else is optional, it just needs to have a good thesis discussing some moral/ethical themes and motifs in those works, and 10 pages MLA with in-text citations.
