Childhood Amnesia

This assignment requires you to:

1. Describe the concept of Infantile Amnesia. What is it? Why does this happen?

2. Provide a summary of your first memory (or one of your first memories)

3. Explain why you think the memory you described was “engrained” in your brain from a biological perspective (brain structures, chemistry, etc.)

4. Discuss the differences between episodic, semantic and autobiographical memories and indicate in which of these categories does your first memory fit.
